I have a friend, Justin who just opened a cafe recently at Ang Mo Kio area.
Feel free to visit their newly opened cafe, especially for those staying around there.
They serve basically all the western/japanese set meal which comes together w a choice of drink at ONLY from $4.90.
Set Meals include Teriyaki or Curry Chicken Set, Pasta Set etc. Side dishes like the Ice-cream Waffer are also available.
